Slovakia § 131o in 2026: temporary refuge to temporary residence
Short answer
Act 128/2026 added § 131o to Slovakia's residence legislation. For applications before the end of temporary refuge, IOM describes six months of qualifying activity immediately before filing. Different provisions apply after protection ends; do not merge the two procedures.

Important
