About
BESSMERA is a personal navigator for life in a new country.
People use BESSMERA when they are planning to move, have just arrived, or already live abroad and hit an administrative question.
The first audience is Ukrainians in Europe. The product itself is built for more nationalities, countries, and languages.
The main product is not a chat. It is a personal plan: what to do, why it matters, and what comes next.
The BESSMERA team
We do not just collect links — we work through the full relocation and settlement journey.
BESSMERA is built by a team specialising in relocation and migration procedures for Ukrainians in Europe. We combine practical experience of administrative processes with checks against current rules, primary sources, and local procedures — from first registration and documents to school, healthcare, work, and day-to-day settlement after status is granted.
Practical journey
We look at the process from the perspective of someone who has just arrived: what to do now, where to go, what to bring, and what happens next.
Rules and procedure
Key steps are checked against current rules, responsible authorities, local requirements, and a recorded last-verified date.
A person when needed
If something remains unclear after payment, a BESSMERA manager sees the context of your route and helps you move through the next step.
How we decide
Action over information
Do not just explain a rule. Show what to do next.
Personal over generic
Prefer guidance for your situation over general country pages.
Trust over AI magic
Official sources and last-checked dates matter more than sounding clever.
Calm over urgency
No countdowns, fear prompts, or pressure to sign up first.
How BESSMERA verifies information
We do not publish a rule simply because another guide repeats it. Important steps should trace back to the authority that actually runs the procedure.
1. Start with the primary source
Priority goes to the responsible government authority, an official EU portal, municipality, or other institution that runs the procedure. A secondary source does not replace an available primary source.
2. Record when it was checked
Important rules and steps carry a lastVerifiedAt date. It shows when BESSMERA last checked the content against the source; it does not mean the authority cannot change the rule later.
3. Do not invent a missing procedure
If an official source does not publish an email, booking method, document list, or clear answer, BESSMERA does not insert a random contact or copy a rule from another country. The step is marked for further review.
4. A person helps you move through the route
A BESSMERA manager helps clarify the next action and route context. A question that requires a separate professional or legal assessment should be escalated for the appropriate expert review.
What BESSMERA does not replace
BESSMERA is not a government authority and cannot issue a status, permit, or decision. The route helps you prepare and act under verified rules, while the competent authority always makes the final decision. Individual legal advice may require a qualified lawyer.
