If you registered online but did not collect the sticker, your temporary protection ended on 30 September 2026. It can no longer be extended, but you can apply for protection again — the application is assessed under the same conditions as a first one.

What to do step by step

Check the visa in your passport: without a new sticker, protection ended on 30 Sept 2026.

Book an Interior Ministry appointment and file a new temporary-protection application.

Prepare documents as for a first application; men aged 18–60 need proof of meeting military obligations (Reserv+ e-VOD).

If you do not meet the conditions but cannot return, the Ministry lets you apply in person for a long-stay visa for tolerated stay (strpění pobytu).

Until the new decision, inform your employer and Úřad práce: work and benefits depend on a valid status.
