- · Temporary-protection residence permit or application receipt
- · Codice fiscale
- · Passport or another identity document
- · Address / proof of domicile if requested by the ASL
- · For a child, the child’s codice fiscale and identity document / parent or legal-representative details

Important
The Questura handles the residence permit but does not register you with the SSN. Use the ASL for the health card, GP, and paediatrician.
