How to check your Polish residence card status in 2026 through MOS
Short answer
Log in at mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl via login.gov.pl (Profil Zaufany, mObywatel, e-Dowód or online banking) and open “Moje sprawy”. The old inPOL and old MOS are no longer updated, so their data can be out of date.

What to do step by step

Log in to MOS via login.gov.pl the same way you applied.

Open “Moje sprawy” and find your case by number.
- 3
Check messages: a document request (wezwanie) has its own deadline.
- 4
If the office asks for documents, upload them in MOS before the date given.
- 5
When the decision is ready, MOS shows how to collect the card.
Important
An unanswered wezwanie can lead to the application being left unexamined. If you cannot access MOS, call your voivode office hotline.
