Netherlands for Ukrainians: BRP or IND first, and where do you go?
Order matters in the Netherlands: municipality registration comes first, then IND. Do not start at a random IND office.
Short answer
After municipality/BRP registration, people covered by the TPD must visit IND within 4 weeks. For a Ukraine sticker/card, IND currently directs users to Atoomweg 100 in Utrecht.
What to do step by step

Register with the municipality where you live and enter the BRP.

Check whether you come under the Temporary Protection Directive.

Book the correct IND appointment type.

Go to the official location specified for the Ukraine appointment.
- 5
Keep the document and continue with work, healthcare and DigiD when available.
